Sivananda Yoga is a classical and holistic
approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the
body from head to toe.  The Sivananda practice
establishes physiological balance in the body and
secures mental poise through its scientifically
designed series of asanas (yoga postures) and
pranayama (yogic breathing techniques).  The
Sivananda practice includes: Initial Relaxation;
Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar); 12 Basic
Asanas; Additional Asanas and Variations; and
Final Relaxation.
